Some of your points remind me of the inves...Hi Jon,<br />Some of your points remind me of the investment in the 3rd sector infrastructure under Labour which was supposed to fix the kind of capacity building that's needed. We don't hear so much about social capital either. I also think that we need to have a clearer sense of what we mean by 'community' and how that relates to the big society.
